He was an Adjunct Professor at Puget Sound Christian College in Everett for three years; instructing classes in Juvenile and Criminal Justice. Ron also instructed classes at Everett Community College for twelve years as an Adjunct Professor in the "Origin and Evolution of American Street Gangs". Ron is the Founder and Executive Director of the Washington State Police Athletic League. He also instructed classes at the Law Enforcement Training Academy in Burien Washington in Criminal Justice, Juvenile Corrections, and the Essence of Youth Gangs.
