Having visited the Gnomes Reserve in Devonshire England a couple years ago it was so very special to find this wonderful Gnome Book that shows many of the English Gnomes in a fun loving and natural environment.
Vivian Russell created a remarkable book dedicated to the world of Gnomes. Portraying them as they should - a part of our e... veryday lives.
They do like to be asked to participate - especially when being photographed. When I just took them for granted they messed up my camera....it just did not work...so I talked to them and asked if I could photograph them and the camera came back to life. It is the same as how the Aborigines feel when photographing them - it is stealing their spirit.
A very delightful journey with the Gnomes.
