Dahlmann wollte an neuere Zus???tze denken, welche das Rechtsbuch in der norwegischen Zeit, und vielleicht sogar erst nach der Einf???hrung der J???nsb???k erlitten h???tte aber - auch hiergegen l???sst sich wieder einwenden, da??? von der J arlswurde in Norwegen seit der; Unterwerfung Islands nur noch sehr wenig die Rede ist soferne Alfr Erh'ngsson (1286 - 87) und Erzbischof J???rundr (1297 - 1309) die einzigen M???nner waren, welche dieselbe seit jenem Zeitpunkte ???berhaupt noch beklei deten, und. L???sst sich um so mehr fragen, wie man denn darauf ver fallen sein sollte, f???r isl???ndische Freigelassene zu sorgen, die zu ihnen etwa in Beziehungen treten k???nnten, als bekanntlich seit der Mitte des 13. Jahrhunderts auf Island sowohl als in Norwegen nur selten noch von Unfreien oder Freigelassenen gesprochen wird. Ich selber habe fr???her wohl die Vermuthung da??? ein isl???ndischer Jurist hier norwegische Materialien verwerthet und zwar nicht eben mit gro???em Geschicke verwerthet haben m???ge; indessen l???sst sich die Sache vielleicht doch auch noch anders und in zufriedenstellenderer Weise erkl???ren.
