Wir stellten eine Assoziation zwischen positiven Effekten und Alter, Geschlecht und Rauchen, zwischen toxischen Effekten und Alkoholkonsum sowie zwischen positiven und psychotischen Effekten und dem Konsum psychoaktiver Substanzen fest. Positive Effekte stehen in Zusammenhang mit der Dauer, der Menge und dem Rhythmus des Konsums. Die klinische und biologische ???berwachung von Schizophrenen und Cannabiskonsumenten sowie die Beratung zur Lebensf???hrung werden empfohlen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf den Cannabiskonsum mit seinen somatischen, psychologischen, psychiatrischen und sozialen Folgen, vor allem bei jungen Menschen.
