Jaya Kamlani is an award-winning Indian American author, poet, and Global Goodwill Ambassador. She uses storytelling to encourage introspection of how our actions impact humanity. As a former Silicon Valley business and information technology consultant, she is a firm believer in kaizen -continuous improvement-be it in manufacturing, business, or ourselves. Graduate of St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, India, she has been living in America since 1969.
