This book by Dreikurs is one of the best basic books in Adlerian Psychology. You cannot read it just once if you want to understand Adler, but you won't mind the repetition. You will find new thoughts and ideas each time you review the content.
Dreikurs was a student of Adler, and, as such, was able to learn first-hand. I studied with Dreikurs and found him to be a genius when it comes to the process and implementation of the theory. For the serious student, this is an extremely worthwhile purchase.
