DJ has chipping, wear, and a few small tears on the edges and corners, crease on some sides, tanning, some stains, discoloration, and shelf wear otherwise very good. Book is lightly cocked, discoloration, and shelf wear otherwise very good. Includes newpaper cutouts about the ground breaking ceremonies at First Baptist Church (photos) from the San Augustine (Texas) Rambler dated Nov. 13, 1969.
