Mountain Man
I was sad to see this book end. I loved the characters and the story. A female photographer from Washington travels to Colorado in hopes of capturing some famous photographs that will win her a job as the first female photographer for an eastern newspaper. She meets Daniel Ranslett, a former confederate sharp shooter. It is a multi-layered story with a mystery and a believable love story. You learn about the civil war, slavery and the early days of photography
