Fine. 4to-over 9¾-12" tall. pp. 127. An unused copy of this collection of 19th century French operatic arias, with some shelf-wear to cover-top RH corner bent, and some minor marks on front and back. The arias are preceded by translations in French, English and German. Chronologically arranged, from Meyerbeer to Massenet, taking in the great classics of Bizet and Saint-Saens, plus Berlioz and Verdi's great aria 'O Don Fatale' from the French version of Don Carlos.
