Signed presentation from the author on the half title page to William Irons, a senior executive at the publisher Cassell's, "To William Irons, Cassell's great 'Unfinished Symphony', from his friend, Newman Flower Aug. 28, 1928." Illustrated in colour and b/w throughout. Publishers printed review slip loosely inserted and a contemporary review. Tipped in at the front an attractive colour print of the Schuberts and a press cutting announcing Flower's birthday. Very slight rubbing with a slight ding on the rear panel, otherwise sound, very good indeed. Excellent condition.
