The author offers solutions and resolutions to many of the issues and concerns. He invites the readers to engage in healthy dialogue and says that it is okay to disagree without disrespect or violence. This book is very empowering and a must-read for people in the African American community, as well as non-African American communities, because the book delivers food for thought for all Americans.
