I found this little book full of helpful information and exercises to focus and pay attention. It is presented in a clear way. I was particularly interested in the chapter "Listening Manual". The crux of the book is to listen better and deeper and I feel it is a very helpful tool with lots of great suggestions on how to practice 'focusing'.
