Seller's Description:
Fine. Very slight corner rub-no spine crease-pages fine-8 pages of b/w photographs ( music, music group-70's music-Peter Green. Mick Fleetwood, Jeremy Spencer, biography, history.
The best part of this book is that I read it in about two days. It read like a second- or third-grade primer.
It helped that it's a real page-turner, too. Hard to put down. I'm a music fan first & foremost, but my interest in Fleetwood Mac really begins with Lindsey Buckingham & Stevie Nicks joining the band in 1974-75. This book, however, starts at the Mac beginning. WAY back before Buckingham/Nicks joined. The history is interesting - and probably essential, if you want the band's true, complete story - but my interest picked up considerably when the story shifted to the band's most recognizable & successful lineup.
If you want a really quick Mac history lesson, this is the one. The writing is reasonably objective and it hits all of the band's high and low spots.
