Two years after the conflict ended all of the coins were accounted for except the quarter million that was stolen from a federal bank in St. Louis. Eleven years after the robbery a few of the coins began to appear in a few banks scattered around the country. The Treasury Department was made aware of this and the task to find a murderer and robber was assigned to agent Willis Harper. An orphaned cowboy finds the coins and tells himself Finders Keepers.
