This country is full of obesity. Almost half of our citizens are overweight, and their numbers, in both population and mass, are only increasing. I spend much of my days ruminating about one in particular: Xander, a patient I have watched since birth. He was a fat baby, he was a fat toddler, a fat grade-schooler, a fat teen, and adult.
