Seller's Description:
Fair. No Jacket. 304 pages (complete). Ex-library (Cape Town City Libraries) copy with consequent labels, debris, residue, marks, annotations, wear and usage. Possibly one of the most influential authors of her time, Schreiner's work is explored here with delicacy and diligence. The cover has a clear adhesive plastic covering. This is scruffy and worn and scuffed. The cover, though, is intact and resolute. Inside, the frontispage is missing. The front and end papers are marked from residue. The pages have evidence of use throughout but are comfortable, calm, clear, clean, neat and assured. fk.
