How they did it.
As a writer I needed technical information on how machines worked.
This is the book. Mr. Landels presents the how's and whyfore's of machinery both in an easy to read format, but also presents graphs and charts to help explain many of the technical aspects of machinery in a world without the internal combustion engine.
