I bought this book for my son who is going off to college soon so that he would have a copy of his own. I have used this book for 13 years and I have been so pleased with the knowledge this book contains. I have applied this knowledge to helping my family in times of need, whether it has been a minor bump on the knee or a concussion, I used Arnica Montana to help prevent bruising and promote healing and it works every time. I've used gelsemium when someone in my family feels sick and it works every time. It is not hard to match the symptom characteristic to the remedy needing to be used. The wonderful thing is that even if a remedy is chosen that doesn't perfectly match, homeopathic pellet remedies are super safe for babies through elderly, and the proven information regarding their safety is written in the "How to use this book," "Theory and Practice," and Materia medica," sections. Most of all I am pleased with finding that using many of these pellet remedies have actually worked steadily and gently for promoting healing during different circumstances with my family.
