There are separate chapters for introduction, each quest group (main, Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood, Daedric etc.), each of Skyrim's holds including maps & details about each location. The appendix lists specification and location of each weapon and piece of armor as well as detailing effects of all potion ingredients and other useful information.
A large map similar to the one in the game and showing each location is included. Note: It is attached to the book by perforated paper. There is no way to open the map without keeping it attached to the book.
The book comes with two bookmark-bands which are handy to keep hold of a particular page you want to come back to.
However, I have found it useful to mark important chapters with small post-its as it helps keeping everything accessible.
In short, a very useful guide which also looks good on any bookshelf. Thoroughly recommended.
