Steve Jordan's second Rounder anthology in 1989 included polkas, drinking songs and a couple of more ambitious numbers that blended Afro-Latin and Caribbean rhythmic influences. Once more, his accordion playing was impressive, especially on "Que Tanto Es Tantito" and "Ran-Kan-Kan." Jordan did some tunes in English and showed his skill with poignant ballads on "Goodbye Love," as well as the comedic/novelty fare "Kranke" and "They Say I'm A Drunkard."
