Einerseits entstehen dem Unternehmen bei der Einstellung betr???chtliche Kosten f???r die Einarbeitung selbst, als auch f???r die Arbeitsentlohnung und den damit verbundenen Lohnnebenkosten. Andererseits gibt es aber auch Risiken in Bezug auf eine falsche Einstellungs- und Einf???hrungspolitik des Unternehmens. Bei einer fehlerhaften Integration neuer Mitarbeiter kann Unruhe und Unzufriedenheit innerhalb der bestehenden Belegschaft auftreten, wenn der neue Mitarbeiter das Unternehmen bereits nach kurzer Zeit wieder freiwillig verl???sst. Zu bedenken ist auch, dass der Neuling seine Eindr???cke ???ber die Firma Betriebsfremden berichtet und somit das Firmenimage nachhaltig sch???digen kann. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Hausarbeit wurde daher die Frage aufgegriffen, inwieweit bzw. in welcher Form diverse Konzepte die Problematik der Integration neuer Mitarbeiter l???sen kann. Gegenstand dieser Arbeit ist die Eingliederung neuer Mitarbeiter in das Unternehmen. Dabei strukturiert sich die Analyse auf die Erwartungen und Ziele einer Mitarbeitereinf???hrung in das Unternehmen im ersten Abschnitt. Im zweiten Teil werden die h???ufig auftretenden Probleme der Eingliederung erl???utert. Abschlie???end gilt ein besonderer Augenmerk dem Einf???hrungsprozess neuer Arbeitnehmer, wobei die einzelnen Bestandteile der Integration beschrieben werden.
