I purchased this (used) book for a Casework course. The book arrived in excellent condition. It looked brand new. I found the book to be boring and difficult to understand in the beginning. It was not until the middle to the end of the book wher it became more understandable. If someone needed this book for a course i would recommend trying to get it from the library before buying it. I was however, able to use the book for my school papers. It did have a lot of important information.
