Considering the wide range of words of Latin origin, homogenous in the Spanish and English language, and the great similarity of construction, the classical English student 'will experience little difficulty in making his way through the book, even unaided, or without any previous knowledge of the language. The intelligent English reader, stimulated by these facilities, may probably be encouraged, after the perusal of these tri???es light as air, to extend his studies still further and to penetrate into the cave where echo lies, by making himself more intimate acquainted with the great beauties of the Spanish language; in that case we beg to assure him that he will be amply rewarded for the pains bestowed en se delightful a pursuit.
