Dwellin' in the Labb makes JT the Bigga Figga's previous album, Playaz N' the Game, sound like a demo tape. Not only does the San Francisco rapper's rhymes improve but this album also finds better songwriting and better backing music. Sure, JT still may not be on the level of the best West Coast rappers -- Ice Cube, Too Short, Eazy-E, and Latyrx -- but he does manage to handle his words with flowing ease.
