The photographs are as delicious looking as the desserts sound. But the introduction and the history of how Gina became a pastry chef is very entertaining. It is always delightful when you hear the stories of how someone becomes so passionate about what they do. It is also interesting how one's heritage influences one's life and in that way carries itself into the next generation.
