Peter's ragtag group of regulars, however, are less than thrilled with the prospects, and mobilize a showdown, winner-takes-all Dodgeball tournament against Globo Gym. This is a great satire on competitive sports and health clubs. Using dodgeball as subject matter is perfect because the "sport ' is not subtle concerning its violent and crude nature. I remember playing dodgeball quite often in elementary school. And, even at a young age, the activity's chaotic and absurd nature struck me as funny. The acting is very good and the characterizations are hilarious.
