Druck, Neuartiges nicht nur erfolgreich zu entwickeln, sondern dies dar???ber hinaus in immer k???rzeren Zyklen zu bewerkstelligen. Gleichzeitig zeigen jedoch Studien, dass die Erfolgsquote von Produktinnovationen seit ann???hernd drei Jahrzehnten auf unver???ndertem Niveau, bei rund 60%, stagniert. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit in erfolgsgekr???nte Innovationsprojekte zu investieren hat sich somit im Zeitablauf trotz der steigenden Anforderungen der M???rkte nicht verbessert. Die vorliegende Arbeit verbindet die beiden bedeutungsvollen Theoriegebilde des Innovationsmanagements, sowie der Flexibilisierung von Unternehmen und zeigt damit auf, welchen Beitrag flexible Organisationsstrukturen zur Steigerung des Erfolgs von Innovationsprojekten liefern k???nnen. Durch die Gegen???berstellung der Kernelemente flexibler Organisationen mit den Schl???sselfaktoren des Innovationsmanagements zeigt der Autor, dass durch die organisationalen Normen flexibler Unternehmen ein starker positiver Effekt auf den Erfolg von Innovationsprojekten erzielt werden kann. Zum Einen durch die F???higkeit unterschiedliche Wissensgebiete effizient zu kombinieren, sowie gr??????ere Freiheiten f???r die Mitarbeiter, eine h???here Wissensorientierung und entsprechende Anreizsysteme zu schaffen, zum anderen aber auch durch eine kooperativere Einstellung der Mitarbeiter und geringere unternehmensinterne Grenzen zwischen Wissensbereichen.
