Tolles Buch! Das Buch ist für jeden Asia Koch-Fan, sowohl für Neulinge als auch für fortgeschrittene, ein gutes Standardwerk. Eingeteilt in verschiedene Zutatenrubriken (Schweinefleisch, Gemüse, Fisch und Meeresfrüchte, ...) lässt sich das Buch so gut strukturiert durchblättern, wobei die Rezepte immer wieder mit optisch sehr ansprechenden Bildern ergänzt sind. Zu Beginn erhält man noch eine Einführung über die asiaische Küche mit ihren Zubereitungsmöglichkeiten, etwas geographische Hintergrundinformation und nützliche Tipps für den Kochalltag. Ich persönlich esse kein Fleisch, kann aber dieses Buch trotzdem bedingungslos weiterempfehlen, da die Gerichte mit Gemüse absolut top sind, und man somit auch normal-essende (also Nicht-Vegetarier) problemlos bekochen, und mit asiatischen Gaumenfreuden überraschen kann.
