Informative and interesting
This video, based upon Nathaniel Philbrick's Mayflower, is a useful video for those teaching or interested in learning about the voyage of the Mayflower and the establishment of a Puritan community at Plymouth. Historians tell portions of the story, while other portions are portrayed by actors, often reading directly from the words of Pilgrims such as Bradford who wrote their versions of events. The video does an adequate job, but not stellar, of relating the perspective of local natives who dealt with the Pilgrims.
If you like this video, consider reading Philbrick's book, which is outstanding.
