Egal ob in der Filmwelt oder in der Berichterstattung gro???er Nachrichtensendungen, das Bild des strengen Vorgesetzten, der seine Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter wenig wertsch???tzend behandelt und dessen Profitgier alle menschlichen Z???ge in den Hintergrund dr???ngt, ist st???ndig gegenw???rtig. Umgekehrt scheint es bei den heute sehr erfolgreichen gro???en Technik-Konzernen geradezu spielerisch zuzugehen. Immer wieder ist davon zu lesen, dass die Angestellten dieser Unternehmen in einer Art Ferienressort mit besonderen Annehmlichkeiten wie Bars, Kinos, Kegelbahnen, Fitness- und Wellnessbereichen arbeiten. Durch diese konkurrierenden Darstellungen ist meine Motivation entstanden, mich genauer mit den Zusammenh???ngen von F???hrung und Unternehmenserfolg auseinanderzusetzen. Zur Kl???rung der genannten Fragestellung sollen zun???chst verschiedene F???hrungsstile und diverse Motivationstheorien betrachtet und im Anschluss miteinander in Verbindung gebracht werden. Dabei soll auch betrachtet werden, wie sich die Motivation der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter auf die Ziele einer Organisation auswirken.
