Great for Non-Jamaicans

If you are not familiar with jamaican or island cooking this is a good book for you. I already am and was looking for something based more in "ital" cuisine but I found recipies I was pretty much already familiar with, There were a couple of recipies I will be trying so overall not a bad book but better for a person not familiar with Caribbean cuisine.
