I have read this book and disctributed numerous copies to my staff at several jobs. The key take away is that meetings should only happen for a reason and be conducted with a distinct goal in mind. I can't explain it all here....but meetings need to have conflict to accomplish things. The story is told in a fable fashion...but if you want a summary there is a short chapter in the back. Read and learn! Give a copy to your boss who never saw a meeting he didn't love to hold or attend!
