The book is in good condition with some bumping to corners of the covers/shelfwear. The dust jacket is in poor condition with heavy shelf-wear and some browning. There is heavy rubbing along all edges, with some chips and tears. there is a 2" piece that is torn from the top of the front panel but still there in a protective cover. There is also some fading to the spine. Red cloth binding, blue/red/white dust jacket. This is a first edition of the first novel from James Gunn, and the basis for the movie "Born to Kill."
