Being a dependent in a strange small town, with very little financial resources, David sold most of his possessions and drained his life savings on his psychotic adventure. Having little support and few friends, David and his Dad decide to move to a nearby better town. As his health improves David talks about University and graduating with a psychology degree and moving out on his own after living with his Dad for 10 years. Then David has two hospital admissions because his newer anti-psychotic medications were not working for him. He finally recovers and works full time as a customer service representative for the summer, a job that he cannot handle, but tries to put his best foot forward.
