In dieser Arbeit werden zun???chst vier unterschiedliche Herangehensweisen an den "Proce???"-Text aufgezeigt. Neben der biographischen kommt der religi???sen wesentliche Bedeutung zu. Inwiefern j???dische und christliche Motive dabei zu trennen sind, wird als Vor???berlegung festzustellen sein. Mit der Frage nach einem konkreten Verschulden Josef K.???s geht die ???berlegung einher, aus welcher Perspektive die Figur Josef K. dem Leser dargestellt wird. Liegt eine personale Erz???hlsituation und somit eine Identifikation des Leser mit der Figur vor? Oder bleibt dem Leser eine gewisse Distanz, die es ihm erm???glicht, K.???s Denken und Handeln kritisch zu beurteilen? Zwar erwecken die Begriffe Schuld, S???nde und S???hne Assoziationen an die Geschichte des S???ndenfalls in der Thora. Die Art und Weise, wie Kafka diese Motive verarbeitet, weisen jedoch auf andere, m???glicherweise kabbalistische Quellen hin, von denen Kafka inspiriert worden sein k???nnte. Daher stellt sich die Frage, in welcher Form Kafka mit der Kabbala in Ber???hrung gekommen ist und welche Str???mungen ihn besonders gepr???gt haben. Anhand von Tagebuchaufzeichnungen werden Parallelen zwischen Motiven in kabbalistischen Legenden und Kafkas eigenem Leben aufgezeigt, die f???r die Konzeption des "Proce???"-Romans nicht unwesentlich gewesen sein d???rften. Dazu ist anzumerken, dass Tagebuchaufzeichnungen und andere pers???nliche Schriften Kafkas in dieser Arbeit zwar als Hinweise zum besseren Verst???ndnis des Romans aufgefasst werde, daraus allerdings keine Gesetzm??????igkeit zu dessen Deutung abgeleitet wird.
