Da der Gegen stand auch solche Kreise interessirt, welchen das ganze Werk sonst ferner liegt, schien eine Separatausgabe dieses Theils zweckmassig. In derselben blieb die formelle Eintheilung des Stoffs und die Nummerirung der Abschnitte, Paragraphen u. S. W. Aus dem grosse ren Buche beibehalten. Die h???ufige Bezugnahme auf andere Stellen des Buchs machte dies nothwendig. F???r die Art der Behandlung des Gegenstands muss ich auf die Finanzwissenschaft selbst und auf meine "grundlegung zur Allgemeinen Volkswirthschaftslehre (auch auf die Vorreden zu diesen Banden des Lehrbuchs) ver weisen.
