Country Doctor presents a series of interviews that tell Caudill's story, and a one-woman, two-act play entitled Me n' Susie, based upon those oral histories. Together, they provide a vivid picture of life in the hills of Eastern Kentucky and a fine demonstration of the creative possibilities for the use of oral history.
