Interesting info about sewing evening attire and various special fabrics; Mr. King's reputation is built on techniques that this book entails and are not widely known. I may not need all of them, but for the ones I will use, this is worthwhile.

cool but usable?
This book's material is really COOL, but not very usable for the average home sewist. It is an interesting read, though.
