This book suffers from a total lack of editing. There are typos in the text: I found 36 in the 20 pages I reviewed. There are errors in the recipes: one says "Stir all ingredients. Add 2 eggs." Is that the 2 eggs asked for in the ingredients, or 2 more, since I have already mixed "all" ingredients? There is a refrigerator roll recipe that never says when to put the dough into the frig. It would be hard to come up with a worse cookbook.
