This light read is a question and answer book between Sylvia and one of her spirit guides, Francine. Most of the book speaks from Francine's point of view regarding the 'Other Side' and what life is like for us all there. She (Francine) also speaks about how our lives on earth are helped by those on the Other Side, our transitions between this physical existence and our actual lives there and information about why we come to live in this physical incarnation. Much beginning information is given on such topics as God, Jesus, angels, spirit guides, past lives, reincarnation and physical life as our 'school' to learn in. The format reflects passages of questions asked by Sylvia and answers channeled through Sylvia from Francine. It's a quick book to get through and is a great introduction to Sylivia's work.
