Seller's Description:
Very Good. Size: 13x10x6; 6 Volumes, comprising: 'The Educators: Female Education', 'The Opponents: The Anti-Suffragists', 'The Workers: Women and Labour', 'The Suffragists: Towards the Vote', 'The Militant: Christabel Pankhurst', and 'The Rebels: Irish Feminists'. All uniformly bound in dark green buckram with gilt lettering to the spines, and housed in a slipcase wrapped in buckram of the same colour, with the title on top. This is a phenomenal work of academia to pull together, working as a series of facsimile printings of books and articles throughout the ages regarding these topics. Some of the volumes have very minor corner creasing to some pages or very minor marking to some edges. The slipcase housing the six volumes has minor internal tears to the rear base of the case, but this has not affected its structural soundness. Please contact us if you need further information or scans. Heavy or large book, might incur in extra shipping if sent outside de UK.
