Grounded in the political science approaches (especially the attitudinal model) as well as the legal approach to studying constitutional law. The book is divided into sections concerning the powers and limitation of the executive, judicial, and legislative branches with the corresponding Supreme Court case excerpts. I would recommend this book to anyone in an undergraduate or graduate Judicial Processes course.
