The Civil War from the criminal's point of view. We see the creation of a new villain and the unethical maneuverings which Captain American and Iron Man executed in their attempts to win the "war." The story of Johnny Dio and his emergence as a costumed villain despite hating them is a funny one. Also featuring the death of mob boss Hammerhead. Like so many contemporary Marvel Comics this story works well as psychological exploration, allegory and simple storytelling.
