Previous owner's bookplate to front pastedown--the paste from the bookplate had apparently bled onto a spot of the front free endpaper thus tearing a hole in the FFEP when the book was re-opened. "16.00" penciled onto rear pastedown. Dust jacket is in Acceptable condition, overall shelfwear, with scuffs, rubbing, and indentations. Horizontal band of toning along top edges of jacket, chipping and closed tears to edges and head and tail of jacket spine.
