A friend recommended this little book. I bought my copy after a friend told me she had to check this book out of the library because they had recently moved and could not find their copy. This book has been a Christmas tradition for her since she was a young child and she has passed the tradition on to her children. I have been a long time fan of Joan Walsh Anglund. Her simple characters and message say more than most long winded books.
