A fantastic book! Every page is worth reading.
I'm just starting my own studio photography business specialising in children, and this book is an absolute treasure. Of particular interest to me, it had easy-to-read information on light metering, some great photos and descriptions of how they were achieved in terms of the lighting styles and ratios. There is a chapter on posing which includes things like head position, expressions and then some golden tips on posing by age. The chapter on Stacy Bratton's insights are worth reading a hundred times over. I read this book from cover to cover in one sitting and it will be read again and again as I develop my techniques etc. This one is definitely worth buying!!
