These two stories are pretty creepy but good reading! One with a monster caused by a "scientific" explanation and another with a more occult assist from a "ghost talker". Both creeped Eve Dallas out and sent goosebumps down MY spine. Don't want to give too much away but they are definitely worthy additions to J.D. Robb's "In Death" series. Possession In Death begins at the picnic-style gettogether that Eve & Roarke hold to help cheer up Li Morris and gauge his recovery after the murder of Amaryllis, his love. I appreciate that these books continue to develop the personal lives of not only Eve and Roarke but their friends and Eve's colleagues. This weaves a continuing thread through this series that is very human and appealing.
