Scientists from throughout the ages, if not studying and penning voluminous tomes of feline fact, were consulting and collaborating with their fuzzy counterparts on their particular fields of endeavor. A favorite story told around the laboratory is that Einstein would not square C for several weeks, awaiting the approval of his favorite pet. So, as a minor player in the scientific field, but as a qualified card carrying cat owner, I give you the cat in poetry and prose, applying theory and logic overheard around the cat food dish. The occasional non-cat bit works its way in, but my cat has proofed and accepted the work as satisfactory.
