Al determinar cualitativamente la virulencia y la DL50 en el biomodelo Mesocricetus auratus se evidenci??? que no todas las cepas resultaron altamente virulentas. Finalmente el an???lisis de lisados de c???lulas completas permiti??? identificar la expresi???n de bandas antig???nicas comunes para las cepas seleccionadas con pesos moleculares entre 11 y 94 kDa. Algunos de estos ant???genos celulares altamente conservados fueron reconocidos por el suero de personas vacunadas con vax-SPIRAL(R) lo cual corrobora la existencia de ant???genos inmunorrelevantes conservados entre las cepas estudiadas sugiriendo una posible protecci???n de est??? vacuna frente a las mismas.
