Wonderful recipes but not real native american fai
For those looking for a taste of what the native Americans offered the pilgrims at the first Thanksgiving this book will be a Total Disappointment but otherwise not bad. In reading this book I was looking to reconstruct what went on at the first Plimouth Thanksgiving unfortunately I found all these recipes were definitely from a much later time. It was nicely organized and the recipes are good but as far as Historical Authenticity well this book is an absolute disappointment, I really feel hurt in this deficiency, I read for History, I breath and live for History but this book is Not History and in some ways the way the title is set well I feel CHEATED, I feel Decieved so though it is a good book I would not recommend it to any person.
